This Persian Kitten is guaranteed to be in good health to the best of my knowledge at the time of  sale.  It has been vaccinated against Feline Rhinotracheitis, Calici, Panleukopenia and Chlamydia Psittaci. It has also been dewormed and is PKD neg.  Please see your accompanied shot records for dates and frequencies. You may need to follow up on second vaccine .

The purchaser has 2 business days to take the kitten to a licensed veterinarian to have it health checked . If the veterinarian finds anything life threatening with the animal, it will be exchanged for another kitten of equal value when one is available or for a full refund provided a letter from the examining  veterinarian is offered as evidence of the kittens illness and the kitten is returned within the 2 business days of the purchase. This kitten is also guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase against any life threatening congenital abnormalities. If any life threatening congenital defect occurs within the first year, the purchaser may exchange this kitten for another healthy kitten of equal value. There will be no cash refund in this event. A contagious disease is not considered a congenital abnormality.

The seller does not assume any responsibility of this animal after it has left her possession for any medical expenses.  All family members are in agreement on wanting and caring for this kitten.

It is understood that there is no other warranty made other than what has been stated above. In the case of the death of this kitten, an autopsy must be arranged for by the purchaser at his/her expense and the findings submitted to the seller before any exchange can be made. If there is no evidence of a veterinarian office visit or health check, this contract is void and broke by the buyer.
